Here are my two cents:
1. Off the leads, Helly is the best.
Be it emotional scenes (paralysis/portrait burning) or funny ones (talking to sleeping Vansh/Mr. Roy) or angry moments (suhaag raat/fights with Vihaan) or romance, she is stunningly natural.
It was hard to point out flaws in her acting overall, except maybe in the seductive scenes in OTT. That was the only time when I felt she faltered. Perhaps, because in her 10 yr long career, that's the first time she was doing sensuous stuff.
2. Vishal Vashisht comes close. He is absolutely fantastic IMO. The only problem with him is that he lacks screen presence. As a result, some roles like hard core scary villains do not suit him.
Otherwise, he was awesome, which even Rrahul keeps talking about. I loved him particularly as DSR and later as a psycho-funny villain. One of his best scenes was the one where he took off his DSR makeup to confront Riddhima.
3. Rrahul Sudhir.
Purely my opinion, here. I feel he is the most inconsistent actor on set. For him, it's either a hit or a miss. And in 55% of the times, I felt it was a miss.
When he is good, he is SO good that one can't stop rewatching. He is exceptionally natural in flirtatious, sarcastic and comic moments, maybe because they are similar to his real life persona. For instance, hichki/sari scenes, DSR phone video (epi 71), proposal scene (epi 15), some Vihaan moments, etc. I have rewatched them over 50 times.
But when he isn't in form, then he is ๐ค.
What saved him was his handsome face, sex appeal and towering screen presence. When he is on the screen, even if his performance is average, it is difficult to ignore him...all thanks to that magical screen presence, magnified by his height and baritone.
Otherwise, he needs to improve in a lot of areas, particularly emotional scenes, hardcore romance and high voltage drama. I found his dubbing to be flawed as well, especially during outdoor or bathroom shots.
He had improved a lot though, towards the end of the show. For instance, in that baby heartbeat sequence or pool side confrontations (both on TV as well as OTT).
Ofcourse, all this doesn't change anything about being Gharwali.

Among the supporting cast, Dadi, Chachi (both actors) and Manasvi were the best.
Meenakshi ji only stumbled as a villain IMO, otherwise I found her to be very natural overall.
Manasvi, despite being a first timer, has a smooth dialogue delivery and showed huge potential.
Both Chachi actresses were on-point!
Rest of the cast were ๐คข. Though, I'd admit, Chandni and Zayn improved quite a lot on OTT.
