Hey, so this is my own imagination, a bit different not related to the show.
Riddhima was so happy, she has got internship in her favourite hospital, and she was lucky to have Dr. Mishra as her mentor, he is one of the best physician and surgeon. She couldn't wait to assist him on cases or to take care of patients.
The interns were shown around the hospital and there were quite interesting cases which Riddhima wanted to solve, on was the case of coma patient Vansh Raisinghania, apparently he had an accident and was in a coma since 2 years.
But the challenging thing was all his injuries were healed, no problem in the brain or any other organ still he wouldn't wake up. So, she took it upon herself to wake up him. She would visit his room, whenever she was free.
She wouldn't say this to anyone but damn he is one handsome specimen, being a medical student had put a damper in her love life but, now she can stare at him without him knowing or him feeling creepy about it.
She would always sit by him and talk to him, it was believed that coma patients can hear whatever is said to them,
R- Hi i am Riddhima. I am an intern here. I know you must get bored around here, lying all alone and having no one to talk to.
R- But don't worry, i will talk to you everyday.
And she would talk to him everyday, tell her about her other patients and the intern workload,
R- You sometimes, there are patients who think they know everything. Google baba ki jai.
R- It feels i should kill them myself, don't tell anyone i said that.
Some days when his family members come to visit him, she would feel lonely, irritated because she wasn't able to talk to him. She couldn't believe herself but maybe she was starting to develop feelings for him.
It was around two weeks of nonsense talking that Vansh woke up, he would feel someone was always around him and immediately missed that sweet voice. The doctor had informed the family,
D- Vansh, beta you are awake finally.
V- Dadi, what happened i was going for a meeting.
Doc- Mr.Raisinghania, do you know what date it is today?
V- 8 May 2017.
Doc- Okay.
He did the checkup and everyone left him to rest,
D- Doctor, why does he think it is 2017 when it is 2019.
Doc- He had a smiliar accident that year as well, sometimes coma patient may suffer from memory loss. His memory may return in few days, months or years. Or may never return.
Doc- It is very important not to force him to remember anything. Excuse me, i will ready the discharge papers.
I- Dadi, does that mean we can't tell bhai about bhabhi.
D- Nahi Ishani, iss waqt nahi. You go ahead and make sure, everything of hers is removed from the room.
I- Ji.
Vansh was feeling happy that he will be discharged but he was disappointed he couldn't meet the girl you used to disturb him with her talks. Even the doctor said, no one came into his room.
Vansh, Dadi and Ishani went back home, but for Vansh it was like he was stepping into a unknown place, he felt something missing in his life. Even his room looked so changed yet everything was kept in his original place.
With time, he had moved on in his life but still he wished to meet that girl once and to tell her thank you for her efforts. He was looking for an old file in his cupboard when suddenly a wedding album fell from the cupboard.
He moment he touched the first photo, his head started throbbing painfully, all the memories of him and Riddhima came back, he remembered their first meeting in the college, first fight, their declaration of love and getting married and the accident.
Flashback,
Vansh and Riddhima had gone to business meeting/party, they were dancing with each other when Vansh got a call from Ishani,
I- Bhai, please help me the police have arrested me.
V- What? Why?
I- I had came to a club, but i didn't know that they distributed drugs. I am in the police station now.
V- Don't worry i will be there.
Vansh had informed his lawyer and they were heading to the police station, when a truck collided with the car in which Vansh and Riddhima were going. She died on the spot and Vansh was in a coma.
The album fell from his hand and screamed Riddhima's name and fell unconscious. The same gentle hand and voice, it was her Riddhima,
V- Riddhima you are alive?
R- No, Jaan i am long gone.
V- I want to be with you.
R- No Vansh, you have a long life ahead. You have Dadi and Ishani to take care. I want you live for me.
V- But what about me? How will i live without you?
R- I live in your heart Vansh. Just remember me i will be there. Promise me you will not give up on life.
V- I promise, i love you Riddhima
R- I love you Vansh. And i will be here waiting for me.
Vansh woke up with a gasp, Dadi and Ishani were hovering around him, Ishani apologized again and again, Vansh tried to pacify him. Riddhima was right he has to look after his family. He knows his Riddhima will always be near him and he will make her proud living a good life.
