Chapter three - College life, Bonding with Ansh.

Riddhima was thrilled, she was getting in her dream college, KC College, she wanted to get a degree in Psychology. She felt that she was so lucky, she was the first girl of her family, who got the permission to go to college.

Not only she was getting to do her dream course, and she got to stay with such a awesome family. She didn't feel like she was missing her own family. Aryan was like a elder brother she never had, Ishani and Sia are her bestie. Dadi taught her all the amazing recipes.

She was getting close to Ansh, he is a bit shy and reserved, but no one can beat him while he wanted to prank someone. One day he had put Shaving cream on top of Aryan's waffles, the whole family couldn't stop laughing. He even hid Ishani's make up box, and the whole day the family asked her to come outside of her room but she didn't want to because she didn't have her make up.

Riddhma knew Ansh resembled exactly like Vansh, and many times she had seen him copy his mannerisms. There are times she had seen him, sitting on Vansh's chair, ordering Vansh around. Or he would scribble something in the paper, and order Angre to make sure the work is complete.

Though she is a guest here, Riddhima helped around in the kitchen, Dadi would often tease Ishani and Sia to learn something from her

I- This is not fair Riddhima, if you are good at everything doesn't mean we are too.

R- Aare Ishani don't worry, i will teach, come join me.

I- No thanks i just got my nails done. How are they.

R- It makes your eyes pop up more and make you beautiful.

S- Tell me which color i should do on my nails, Red, Purple, Grey.

R- Grey would suit you better.

Vansh was watching all of this, this is how he wished Ragini behaved with his family. The peace he felt around her was so soothing. He unknowingly smiled a lot these days. But he would feel guilty too, he felt that somehow he was the one who was cheating.

Riddhima had to go to college so she asked Aryan how to reach there but he offered her to drop.

The college was huge, she did feel a bit nervous, but she had made a friend named Sejal by the end of the day. She was so happy, and all ready to share her excitement with the family. The family asked how her first day of college was, and she told them everything.

Suddenly she saw, Ragini dragging Ansh, he looked like he was crying, Dadi asked Ragini what happened she told them that Ansh had failed in most of the subjects. He was ordered to stay in his room, Vansh will decide what to do now. Ragini had half a mind to send him to hostel.

Riddhima was sad, her best friend was crying and she wanted to soothe him. She had seen such children in her hometown, they were a bit slow to grasp what was taught in class. Maybe the teacher taught too fast or the method used was too difficult to understand.

She had sneaked quietly into his room. By the time Vansh had returned home and came to know everything, he went to talk to Ansh but saw Riddhima was already talking to him,

R- Hey champ, i thought you were smart. You told me you know everything.

A- I have trouble understanding what Mam teaches in class. I was scared Dad would scold me if I told him that.

R- oh my sweet boy, he won't scold you, i am sure he would try and help you.

R- aacha chalo let's make a deal. I will teach you, but you have to promise me, you will not lie to me if you don't understand anything.

A- Nods. And hugs Riddhima.

Vansh had heard most of their conversation, it felt like Riddhima was his mother and not Ragini, she has behaved more like family then Ragini did in all the time they were married.

He even felt bad, that his own son was not able to share his problems with him, maybe he was so lost in his grief, that he didn't truly understand that even his son had never got a mother's love .

Ps- No idea what will happen next, 😂😂 tell me how was the chapter. And would like our dear Ansh playing cupid between Riddhima and Vansh.
