I had a little expectation from this track till yesterday's episode that maybe Vansh knows about real Riddhima and pretending but after his that behavior, I don't think he knows anythings about Riddhima's changed behavior and he misunderstanding Riddhima again if current Riddhima actually is real Riddhima. Whatever happened at least Riddhima has trusted Vansh in few matters and that abortion matter but Vansh even mistrust Riddhima on that abortion matter too. Seriously Vansh's character become like those clueless ITV ml who always misunderstands the female lead and now there are nothing to expect from his character as of now. But let's see what will happen after Dadi's shuddhikaran to Vansh.
See in first 100 episodes, Riddhima never trusted Vansh always misunderstanding him only. She got to know true value of him only when she lost him.
After 100 episodes, Vansh didn't trusted Riddhima that much and for once he should lost her to get her true value.
If you'll look at whole story then you'll find both RiAnsh at same place.
@B According to me, only Riddhima's character is consistent when compared to others. She is almost same since start. I never considered her mahaan, she was really strong especially in emotional situations.
I find kabir as the only consistent character in the show....
Riddhima had gone under huge change with time ... she was someone who never wanted any innocent to get hurt and same woman was with kabir when he was beating that officer to know about her parents...

I watched the episode and it looks like when she touched him somewhere in his mind he knows she is Riddhima but like he said that too ki uski Riddhima aisa nahi kar sakti, he is getting confused.
Also that gang of clowns is causing harm to his mental and emotional state every time.
Let's see after that Dadi's shuddhikaran bath, Vansh has any plan or not. I am just getting irritated with Vansh's family jaap again. For one time makers should show Vansh crossing all the limits for Riddhima's love over his family loves if they consider the show name seriously. Why always Riddhima? I didn't watch episode. My post is based on update only. From the update whole things looks massier to me. It's again viewers who is assuming stuffs.
