It's a thriller movie , where the kid is suspected of killing people,

Psycho thriller .

Though I know makers wouldn't even opt for a leap with big kid , and if if they opt for that like your theory , then I don't think so they would show us such thrilling elements .

But I still have little hope because now it's only on web /ott.
