Hey Everyone! Thank you for loving the story and your comments. I was grinning reading them. I am back with the next part.

Part 2

Riddhima came downstairs in a slow place looking at nowhere but Vansh. It was as if she was in a trance. She stood close to him, slowly raising both her hands to cup his face and whispered his name. ‘Vansh.’ Tears started falling from her eyes, as she looked at him like she found what she has been looking for after a long time.

Vansh looked at her eyes keenly, trying to read what her eyes are telling him. Then he saw something, something he has been dying to see in her eyes. His eyes sparkled with hope and his heartbeat raised fast with excitement. He took a sharp breath, ‘you remember?’

Riddhima kept looking at him. ‘Jaan?’ and that was it. She burst into tears before nodding her head. She took him into a bone-crushing hug and kept mumbling ‘I remember’. Vansh hugged her back tight as some tears fell from his eyes. This day turned out to be the best from the worst. He was on the verge of losing her a while ago. He never imagined he would have her back today.

He broke the hug to take a look at her face. ‘I am sorry. I forgot everything. I don’t know how could I. I forgot my identity, I forgot you, our love, our moments, our marriage, I forgot everything. How did this end up happening?’ She asked him with a lot of pain in her eyes.

Everyone looked at them confused. What’s happening? What the hell is going on? What is Riddhima blabbering about forgetting and remembering? What does she mean by all these? They stood there clueless as they waited for things to be cleared.

Vansh’s heart broke seeing the pain in her eyes which he never wanted to see. He wiped her tears and said, ‘It’s ok, sweetheart. It doesn’t matter anymore. I am so happy that you remembered everything. You don’t know how long I have been waiting for this moment. But now everything is back together.’ But Riddhima kept on crying. She couldn’t believe that she forgot everything and stayed away from her Vansh for so long.

Vansh couldn’t bear to see more of her tears so he wiped her tears and hugged her saying, ‘Now don’t become a crybaby. These tears don’t suit you. You know I miss my feisty sherni. Where is she?’ This brought a faint smile to her face but suddenly she got reminded of everything that has happened after she lost her memory and became angry.

She pushed him away and said, ‘You idiot, this is all because of you.’ Everyone gasped hearing her call Vansh an idiot. Vansh got startled by the sudden push. 'Because of me? What did I do?’ Vansh asked with a confused look.

‘What did you do? That’s right, you didn’t do anything. I lost my memory but your memory was completely fine. Where were you all these years? Why the hell you weren’t with me? You are my husband, you should have stayed beside me instead of leaving me all by myself. And look what happened. Somebody managed to manipulate me and use me in a way I should never be. Just because you left me all alone in a vulnerable situation’ She shouted.

Vansh kinda expected this reaction and tried to make her understand calmly as he knows how angry she can get. He cupped her face and said, ‘Sweetheart, I wanted to stay with you but the doctor said anything that reminds you of your past is dangerous for your health and can cause a life-threatening situation. I was already shaken up by your accident. I didn't want to take any chance. So I had to stay away from you but I kept a watch on you and track of all your activities. I tried every single thing to bring you with me and planned everything when I saw Kabir trying to use you.’

Kabir got shocked to find out that Vansh knew everything and he even knew Riddhima. Everyone else was also shocked to find that Vansh and Riddhima knew each other before they thought these two met.

‘You know how crazy I got every time I saw you with him? I felt like giving him a painful torturous death for trying to use you, for getting close to you. But I had to control myself because he was the perfect way I can bring. I knew he was going to send you here for his so-called mission and he did.’

Vansh explained how he manipulated some events in order to keep Riddhima in the VR mansion and later married her in front of everyone. Anupriya and Kabir kept on getting shocks as they realized Vansh was controlling every single thing. Nothing was actually according to their plans.
