He has been introduced as a judge someone who grants justice and uphold law.

His look too is that of a decent man . He does have a beef to settle with DT.

I am a bit confused too as to why is he following Dhani . Bumping into her all the time in these strange places is not by accident .

I have been wrong before but I feel he is a positive character . At this point he is just surveying the lay of the land.
