The quotes by Gautama Buddha ...It is a man's own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways. To conquer oneself is a greater task than conquering others... holds true. Hell has three gateways lust, greed, anger. If you don't control your mind someone else will.
Be careful of what you entertain. Sin fascinates before it assassinates. Only those who try real hard to resist temptation know how strong it is. To resist temptation is strength, to give into temptation is a weakness no one can conquer.
Every moment of resistance to temptation is a victory. It is easier said than done, this requires lot of self-discipline, self control to be victorious...and the person who masters oneself through these methods is truly undefeatable.
The saying... The mind is a powerful force. It can enslave us or empower us. It can plunge us into the depths of misery or take us to heights of ecstasy. Learn to use the power wisely. You have power over your mind not the outside events...realize this and you will find strength... is true indeed.
The mind acts like any enemy for those who do not control it (Bhagavad Gita)...the best way to gain self control is to practice it... One's greatest challenge is control oneself. Temporary happiness isn't worth long term pain
One is responsible for their own for their actions and consequences as well...if desires what one cannot have, then their short term happiness can lead to long term suffering. One solution to avoid the pain is to exercise self control.
Dasharath Tripathi has committed many sins and today we got a glimpse of another. The saying old habits die hard holds true in his case...he keeps getting tempted towards woman to satisfy his desires has always been his habit.
Kanak is always tempted to wear jewelry and colorful saris...it makes her feel very superior...irrespective of her marital status she is not able to resist the temptation... such double standards, couldn't the same rule be applied to dhani and the other widows...both DT and kanak have given in to temptations and are unable to exercise control over their mind.
DT has never given respect to any women, has always considered them as mere objects with whom he can play with any time. This is one area which can lead to his downfall...his sins keep increasing day by day and there is no end to it...he has never given respect to dhani's age and his as well and still he wishes to go ahead with his desires.
Has he ever thought when viplav gets to know of in got his deeds what are the consequences going to be like...Today even viplav was attracted towards kamini ...has he even thought of what would happen when dhani gets to know of his proximity with kamini...he may be tempted now but the results are going to be very bitter later.
Either some misunderstanding might crop up between dhani and viplav or he is going to be guilt conscious and regret for his actions...either ways he is going to give pain to dhani.
Self control is acquired through constant practice ...we shall do what is necessary even if we don't want to...either you rule your mind or let others rule it. The choice is yours.
