Swathi hiya another sensible post... yes its how the courts view sentences under their jurisdiction.. a person is innocent of the crime pinned on him till substantial evidence is not presented before the judiciary to prove the offenders gulit. Yes misdemeanours of justice do take place.. money ,power, health can tip the balance of the verdict. but misdeeds of justice do happen.. you point out shambu's death is left as an unsolved case.. mind you swathi, DT has evidence of who doneit! kanak /trip phone call.. look Swathi, The evidence viplav has on his phone is enough to convict raja?? its a matter of whether viplav's evidence will be considered unbaised..? as he can be deemed to be influnced, since the awasthis especially raja awasthi picked on his wife dhani?? will viplav's evidence against raja have weighting or will shalu's plea for her husdand's honour have impact??

Hey Hammie 😃 thank you so much for reading and sharing your view...True sometimes the justice itself is bought through bribe by power, money and by other means...i don't exactly remember what conversation did kanak and tripurari have which was recorded by DT...he did have a doubt on Kanak I remember that.

It depends on the tripathis whether they will consider the evidence or not unless rl is caught which has happened today...and rl will be blamed for everything but these stubborn tripathis wont pay heed to the deeds of raja...which gives him a chance to escape and he may be alert from now on wards.

It takes huge efforts to bring justice to a person, lot of time is invested as well...but people in order to escape from the punishment wont waver from giving injustice to people. Unfortunately it is true in some cases.
