Just finished watching the episode friends . Though there was not much of romance today The profound dialogues by our Vipu really floored me !
Dadaji praying in the presence of Lord Shiva the divine deity of Ayodhya Niwas tries to pave the way for a smooth relation between his grandson and newly acquired grandson in law. He metaphorically tries to sanction this by using the example of the greatness and benevolence shown by the Gods. The Gods he says display their maryada to suit every situation hence Viplav should follow this and accept Raja now that he is married to his sister. Viplav seizes these very sentiments of his Dadaji and very admirably announces that it is also the same maryada that the Gods show when they have to vanquish the Rakshas demon. Raja is the demon incarnate so by emulating the Godly example he has decided to fight against evil in the same manner. What a way to justify his stand against the villain !
The other dialogue of his was an echo from his past. Dhani suggested that they feed the poor of Benaras for the Mahabhoj to gain their blessings which was not at all to DT's liking who says that after every feast at AN the poor are given food and clothing . Again Viplav stops his Grandad almost midway to point out very aptly that that is given to wash of their sins and ill luck(uttara ) and not given in good faith(charawa).. . How well the writers connected and contrasted this thought of Viplav with what had happened on the fated day at the majestic ghats of Benaras which marked the start of this wonderful saga of love.
