Totally agree - romcom were their thing and lately it's gone haywire. I understand there is a generational change with new-age relationships but everyone still craves a good old-fashioned romance. Why else would Jane Austen's writing be considered timeless.

Sometimes I feel BW is going through a mid-life crisis lol ... where they are lost - trying to be something they are not yet catering to different factions of the society that surrounds them.

HW is no less.. making the same crappy movies kissing booth 1,2,3 and stuff like to all the boys I have ever loved.. than another sequel.. the content is no better 😆

lol True ... but I never liked HW romcoms much - the Brits do it better but even for them it’s been a while. HW still has the action / superhero genre going well...
