No, you can file for divorce before a period of 6 months too and the fact that they have consummated the marriage, they can't file for an annulment, so divorce is the only option that they have.

Now, they are filling for the divorce, so in this scenario the court will order a period of 6 months to try and live together, its called the cool off period and if after trying to make things work over that period is not successful, then a divorce will be granted.

Ahaan trusts Rhea more than Ishqi.

Send Ishqi to jail but not Rhea.
