Why Ishqi not pondering Ahaan missteps?

I was watching the epi where Ahaan apologises with flowers & gulab jamuns for his drunk entry in the muhdikhayi. It was fine for Ishqi to accept his heartfelt apology & forgive him & even behave normally afterwards. But why did they not show her pondering over why Ahaan turned up like that - she knows he is not alcoholic, she also thinks he is maha khush over the shadi (coz she doesnt know abt Rhea kaand) then why wld he drink so much? And also, Ishqi shd at least ask out of curiosity how/why did Rhea meet Ahaan & bring him to the function in that state. Secret agent KM also did not think about these things.

Apology is fine, but it is human curiosity to look for an explanation.

Because Ishqi is busy pondering over Ahaan's English - GRILLED CHAPATIO ( Like seriously 😏😏😏???) n his activated harmones - patiyon se bas Raat k kaam ginwa lo..... and ladkon ko hi chhichhori vichaar aate Hain.

The girl is tooooooo smitten with his charm n the house n off course her SAAS and is now behaving little stupid...

And as Swaiyer pointed out this is ITV so jitna bhi logic mile, bonus samajh Kar Rakh lo

It was told Rhea met Ahaan in restaurant where he was drinking so ishqi might just think that. Also in shower scene he pretty much told his fears so ishqi just concluded he drank because of his past and his fear to be like his mother. And she trusts him so she won’t go extra mile to ask for his drinking which will bring his mother in discussion and hurt him.
