Ishqi read Mayank's msg which he sent in the morning to indirectly provoke Sonu. He mentioned there that they were in relationship so Ishqi got to know.

Stage is set for the drama and roadways episode was like tat one . Ishqi is consumed in her thoughts of Ahaan and can’t differentiate what she should do and what she wants . Everyone who saw Ahaan today could guess easily that he is the one more in love . Ishqi is still in confused stage and has not thought over it but Ahaan is bearing the pain of both . He knows that Ishqi likes him and he too likes her but is in a position tat both can’t hold hands and move together . He is bearing the pain of Ishqi’s feelings too and is really feeling bad for her but tat girl has not got time as she is busy in solving Sonus issues than her own feelings . She never has got time for herself to introspect after drunk night .

I really liked how Ishqi got to see Mayank’s message in Sonu phone and came to know abt their relationship too. Felt angry at Sonu for not telling Ishqi about it while she is putting all her efforts to solve her issue . Sonu is spineless as well as somewhat selfish, call it her timidity but still selfish .

Ishqi telling even about Mayank is a dream sequence for sure and I really liked how she said ‘ jo ek baar baat chupatha hain wo baar baar karega’ about Mayank and poor soul is confused about who all knows about Sonus and Mayanks relationship. She won’t get time now to talk to Sonu in private and after She breaks her marriage nobody will let her too. Don’t know how Mayank truth will come out . It want it to come out soon . Next track will be Rhea and Ahaan engagement for sure . I think Mayank also will comply accept Ishqi rejection bcause he is Lao not interested in marrying her but the problem and revenge thing will come in picture when she questions him . And then he will make sure to distance everyone from Ishqi and also fill Daadis mind against Ishqi which will make her to announce Rheaan engagement. As Mayank doesn’t know anything about Ahaan’s feelings for Ishqi he may try to fill his ear also against her and this will be the first time when Ahaan will start having doubts on Mayank.

So more angst coming in the way and this time more affected will be Ishqi bcause now she has lost all relations and she doesn’t have a confidante now to share her pain . Sonu will be busy with her after marriage rituals whereas Ishqi will be left all alone to face criminal Mayank . One good thing is tat since Sonus marriage happens no one will blame Ishqi for that .

Thanks... that is a good possibility. I agree about Sonu being selfish - she has the best traits of her mom and Dadi ... scared / stupid and selfish. But I am still so baffled as to why / how Sonu cannot think Mayank is the blackmailer. He has literally given it all away in the text.

I am ok with angst as long as we have Ishqaan. But I don't want Ishqi to be vilified and degraded (yet again) by everyone. I really do feel bad for Suman Aunty... if Sonu had even told her about how his son was initially harassing her, she would have sided with Sonu.

My theory with Ahaan and his choice of friends is basically their social circle - and maybe as they grew up they changed. Ahaan was probably more focused on building a life for his family without any of the past stigma and he didn't fraternize with them as much later on in life during the impressionable years.

The incident about drunk Sonu, Mayank knows. He told already to Sonu to tell the same to Raj. Sonu rejected. This was already shown.

Also, the message Ishqi saw was sent by Mayank to Sonu. She clicked it out of curiosity. So she knows now abt their past glitch.

I have high expectations from the show. And I know they won't be fulfilled in all probability but I really want them to highlight the issue of girl-power, victim-blaming and trust. And in a positive, healthy manner. I really really don't want everybody to blame Ishqi or Sonu. I don't want Sonu to be apologetic/ashamed about herself, her past and her gender for once. I know this is too much to ask from Indian Television but there should be some purpose served, some lessons given from this sequence. I want Ahaan to introspect why his sister didn't come to him with such a grave problem and how one should not put all the burden of their safety on women only. Its not about Ishqaan from this track. The track has alot more potential, only if the makers have this much sanity and perspective. I want people to make Mayank accountable for what he did because if you actually see, everybody else's mistakes are just mistakes and an outcome of their personalities and circumstances, what Mayank did, is criminal.

I also wish this to happen . But this can happen only when Ahaan speaks infront of everyone about the issue bcause everyone listens only to him be it Sarla or daadi . Ahaan will speak only when he comes to know and also keep aside his thought process and understand Ishqi and Sonus issue and not take it as honour issue but as crime did by Mayank

Based on Gul's prev shows, I doubt all these marriage prep will go waste. Ishqaan will surely get married.

So ishqii owning up all faults and cancelling marriage with Mayank s only possiblity i feel s left.

Ahaan is bound to misunderstand Ishqii.

Very true about Ahaan . And I agree with you tat if only Sonu had the courage to confide in Suman Aunty all these things would not have happened. And seriously Sonu is a stupid to not understand Mayank as blackmailer after that message . She took his apology seriously. Had she told Raj he would have easily guessed it’s Mayank and Ishqi would have been spared. Now poor Ishqi has to face the brunt of Mayank as well as accusations of others .
