I don't think there is anything to help? Kabir lost his savings. He isn't caught in any loan. So no need for Shiv to help.

I doubt that will not happen as Shiv humiliated Vivek Kabir badly. Kabir is too attached to Srivastavs to stray like that.

Shiv is going to undergo surgery. Have a stent. Pakya going to visit him saying Pari informed him about Shiv and he couldn't stay back. He asks Shiv not to get emotional, makes sarcastic/playful comments about the cost of the stent.

Finally we get the Chauhan-Sharma break up.
