Watched the first episode of Olene Kadar. It is so difficult to find 2 hours at a stretch But finally managed it

SPOILERS

The first episode seemed like a rip off off The Count of Monte Cristo & two of KPA's subplots😆

My heart goes out to Daghan &his family. 11 years of life wasted just because he fell for the wrong woman Beril is the typical TV serial/ movie girl who is modern enough to sleep about before marriage but cannot be a single mother if the need arises. Then she must have a man to give her sahara🥱 Zero sympathies for her.

And now coming to Vildan aka Selvi. I wonder what jerked her dead conscious to life? Did the money given by Ender run out? Unlikely from the looks of her & her home. She was a kid when she witnessed against Daghan...but 11 years???😲 And even now she was willing to "give up" if she didnt find the evidence? So basically she didnt save him ONLY to ease her guilt & as a way of repentance. She wanted to save him but at no extra risk to herself & her brother. So she is definitely not some seeker of truth but a grey character at best. For how long will she keep fooling Daghan? Will she mislead him for whatever sob reason if he gets too close to the truth?

The Daghan - Vildan story can go anyways. At present I would love it if he destroys her in the end like she destroyed his best years!! For a moment they almost reminded me of Kareena - Saif with Kareena being a little girl calling Saif "uncle" in his first wedding 🤪 If they plan to make it into a love story I am curious to see what twist they include so that everyone feels Daghan should accept her after what she has done.

The audio track of the first episode was average. After listening to the soundtracks of FG & KPA I had expected something equally amazing. Maybe they will start with the good music pieces once the romance begins?

Btw it seems Ender is used for both men & women. Meltem's mom was Ender & here Sarp is Ender 😳

I saw the 1st epi of Olene Kadar.Man!!! It was so thrilling and brilliant.👏👏

Engin nailed it as usual.One thing I observed.Before being imprisoned,Daghan looked like Kerim.After getting released,he looked like Omer.😉😉

But he was superb.❤️Daghan was unique in his own way.

Fahriye is too good and I am interested to see her equation will Doc Daghan.

And I was also impressed by the villain Ender played by Sarp.He is a great actor too.

Gripping plot+Interesting storyline+Proper Direction+Talented cast.Olene Kadar has everything.

Engin ke pyaar main poora episode bina subs ke dekha.Still I loved it.But I wanna watch it again with subs.😳

@Shruti : Thanks so much for sharing the download linkss with subs! I also have the same problem- managing 2 hours at a stretch. Now I can just download and watch bit-by-bit.

Basically you download the SRT file from the Amara link, then you can download this Google Chrome extension that allows you to drag the srt file directly on to Youtube videos. Once the extension is downloaded, search up the original episode on Youtube and it'll below tell you to simply drag the srt file on the video, and then it's done!

The Google chrome plugin link is not getting posted here. :((

Instead just google for Subtitles For YouTube by Yash Agarwal

and add this plugin to your browser.

To those who have a problem loading the downloaded subs on Windows Media Player, use VLC player. First play the video (.mp4) file, then click on the 'subtitle' tab and choose 'add subtitle file'. Select the downloaded .srt file. It will be added to the video you are playing.

...and if you already knew all this, forgive me for being a smarty-pants! 😆
