I don't think they can get a replacement.
I am not really sure but shayad for less than 10 matches or something a replacement can't be brought or team's aren't able to find.
The reason why CSK got no replacement for Pathirana, Fizz, Chahar.

They can't keep spare matches for every match.
Only the finals gets another day.
Like there are 2 matches on Sunday they should do extra matches on the Saturday to make up for rain ruining the matches. It is not fair for audience who paid for ticket and transportation

CSK also lose Moeen, so they can have all the Kiwis - Ravindra, Mitchell & Santner. Since Gleason is not a part of England's WC squad, he can complete their overseas lineup
