I'm here again with my comments, enjoy! 😳

Part 54-55

I love how sweetly Kanhaiya says "Maiyya main baandh doon..." and even Narad's laugh is so sweet! And then He ties himself up so easily. He is truly a "Chaliya!". For me, all of the songs are so heartfelt and touching...each and every one of them! I love Ravindra Jainji's work so much! Kanhaiya sits on the mortar like he has no care in the world while all the Gopis are begging for him. Truly, only a mother could make her heart so hard to punish her child, no one else would be able to do it. Then he sees the trees who are Nalkuber and Manigreeva and he goes and release them from the curse. This entire sequence was very realistically executed. I love Shri Krishna's epithet of "Deen Dayala". If you really think about it, most of 'shraaps' turned out to be 'vardaans' like this one...or Ahilya Devi's etc. because in the end God was the redeemer...what could be a more higher boon than that? I really liked that they included Rohini Ma scolding Yashoda Ma a little for tying the kid up! And he is smiling so devilishly during all this! I just love love love the intro of preteen Krishna, "Yeh Kiska Abhinandan is such a beautiful song in every way (lyrics,melody,singers!!) After listening to it I immediately downloaded and put it on repeat! Mohan has memserized all of creation...the name "Mohan" seems both inadequate and perfect to convey his effect! Does that make any sense at all? He is genuinely a "Mohan". It ends beautifully with Yashoda Maiyya and Nand Baba doting over their darling son! It was so blissful to watch!😍 😍 😍

@Janu,🤗

Just went thr' last 4-5 pages and trying to add my comments 😊…
Entry of Page 21- You know, all the discourses of SK is Sooo Special that we remain immersed in it forever after completion of the actual sc! It keeps on ringing in our heart! Such was my response while watching the Discourse on Love by Radha-Krishna in Golok, where they discuss about the 'pangs of Love' in ref to Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
And about the 'Flute for Radha, which will awaken only Shri Krishna', whereas the flute of Shri Krishna awakens 'all the beings who are thirsty for Love'- this whole Concept make me emotional each time! All of us want to hear the music of that Flute, actually we crave for that...
'Radha's Pride' is such a great topic and we had such a nice discussion in the thread! Janu, enjoyed reading all the entries there ⭐️... 'Identifying Radha in all the Beings of the Creation' is such an Elevating Experience! ⭐️
SK just amazes us in the way it delivers the Different Philosophies in each and every sc of Krishna- I always lose myself completely while watching SK, it just shakes our very existence!! The way 'Dwait-Adwait'- concept is taken and analyzed... This whole 'Prem jagat ka saar' sequnce is the Most Most Important part of the whole series! ⭐️... All the concepts are explained in such a nice way!!... This sc just takes you to another Height and after reaching that, it is difficult to come down and look at the Creation from a 'personal point of view'…. After the experience we get saturated with the 'Vision of the Lord'- 'how He Perceives the Creation'!!!... The Garg-Akrur sc is is Sooo Significant, we will have a Lot More in our Garg Thread! ⭐️
You know, 'Manmohana Lalla' song uses such expressions so as to deliver the Sweetness of Radha-Krishna- I used to miss 😔 this song many times as it is in continuation with 'Shyam tere kaam bade achraj bhare' .
Discussion about Kaikeyi-Yashoda/Devaki was very Enlightening! ⭐️
In ref to your conversation about 'Karm' with Lola (page 23)- What I feel is that we just face the 'result' of our action, acc to the 'rule of Nature', that's all. That result is independent, it is neither good, nor bad. We treat them like one, as we get attached to the Creation in each of our births. So there is no punishment for our actions from the Lord, they are just the 'Results' (i.e.- 'natural outcome' of the actions we have already done).

Now about Nand-Yashoda being lonely after Krishna went to Mathura- you know Janu, I used to think like this when I watched SK for the first time. i just felt all the Emotions they went thr'... But now after discussing it with all of you and after having some more realisations about the Leelas of the Lord, I can say that Nand-Yashoda already had that Bliss of being the parents of Krishna in their 'Shool sharir', and their Aatma already found that 'Ultimate Bliss' of the Purnavataar. So there was no need left in them to be filled up by another baby (Completely my personal interpretation 😊)... The way you feel about their life is about their 'outer self', the 'sansaarik' one, that is- the 'Nand-Yashoda' appearances, but their 'Inner Self' were Completely Contented, whether they meet Krishna again or not in their whole life… They just got Everything which was 'Known' to and 'Realised' by their Aatma, (may or may be not realised by their 'outer self' – 'Nand-Yashoda'). Thus, their 'sadness/ pain of separation' from Krishna was only a 'Reaction' to the 'real life situation'. The way it has been explained by Shivang referring to their 'pain' as the 'mode of salvation'- is Sooo True!! ⭐️

Now about Chaitanya Mahaprabhu Film- very very nice one! The music is very good ⭐️, as it is by our beloved RJ…. And about Adi Shankaracharya (it has English Subtitle in Y/T), you can watch it anytime! It is my Most Most Most favourite Spiritual Film with Immense Depth and Powerful Performance by SDB!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Next topic is 'Radha's Marriage'- Trying to write what I feel about it 😊 - How does it matter who your husband is in this birth, as you have already surrendered to the Lord whole heartedly? In this sense Radha was indeed like Meerabai! I want to quote from two songs of the Film Meera by Gulzaar:
1st one is 'Sada magan mai rehna jee' (Be/ Exist only in the Lord always) from the song 'Karna fakiri phir kya dilgiri'. And the next one is 'jin bhesha mero saahab rijhe, so hi bhesh dharungi' (I'll wear whatever my Lord wishes) from the songs 'Baalaa mai bairaagan hungi'. The second one can be interpreted as I'll DO whatever my Lord wishes… It is the height of Surrendership… Here we find there is no difference in Radha, Meera or Sita!! They all 'Belong' only to the Lord! That bond exceeds all the other relations of this Creation!
But I understood your POV, as you explained that you always remembered Sita Mata in ref to marriage, now the reason of your initial response is clear to me😊
I'm yet to read your edited entry of page 14… Will try to do that soon 😃

Hay friends! for the 1st time I'm posting here Really enjoyed all the discussions about Radhaji that are going on betwwen Shivang bhaiya & Lalitha di. I have something to add regarding this topic as I read in Bramha Vaivarta Puran.

1) Yes, you are true, the Bramha Vaivarta Puran is the main source of Radhaji & that Puran claimed Krishna as the only Almighty, the Omnipotent, & Vishnu is there a creation of Krishna like his other creations. & there Krishnaji himself explained Radhaji as his driving power, as well as the Goddess of Golok/RaasMandal & the "Adhar" of this universe. Even Krishna said there, "I have no fear from anything except my Radha, because she is more powerful than me."
2) Radha was wife of Aayan in earth, & that was due to Sridama's curse to her in Golok. After this curse, the Lord consoled her by saying "Go to earth, I will follow you", & as a result, Radha had to born in earth before Krishna & she became elder that Krishna. When Krishna was just a little boy, Radha was young lady. One day, Nanda Baba meet Radha & recognize her as the half of the suprim power, & gave little Krishna to her, & said, "Devi! accept your Lord, this is your husband." Then Krishna took the young form & he married Radha. Lord Bramha came & performed the "kanya dana" to Krishna. Thus, marriage of Radha Krishna is shown in that Puran, & that was before Radha's marriage with Aayan, then we can't say that she became anyone else's wife before marrying her real Lord.
3) Another information I like to give. According to most of the Bengali versions of Bhagbwat & in Vaishnab Padabali's, Radha was considered as the maternal aunt of Krishna as Aayan was considered as brother of Yoshoda. Clearly this is not a socially definable relation between Radha & Krishna. But if we follow Bramhavaivarta Puran, then the relation can be established, I think.

(yehh, I sent a scrap to Shivang bhaiya some days before & now just copy-pasting from his scrapbook for this thread 😳).

@Vedo,

Loved to read your comments about Shivji's Visit, Prithvi Mata ⭐️…… Your comment about the Lord 'accepting everything offered by a Devotee' is really a great one!! ⭐️ Very Nice Dear!! Loved your comments about Mother Earth! And the way you mentioned about the colour Yellow- celebrating the spirit of Spring ⭐️ in 'Kanhaaiya Jhule paalna' is so Original Dear!! Loved to read it! ⭐️

The song- 'Dau ke sang' always reminds me of 'Dekhan nagar bhoopsut aaye' from Ramayan, the way everyone becomes spellbound while looking at the Lord! 😍

Now abut the 'Matki Phoru' sc- all these sc.s are Pure Bliss as I have also mentioned in my reply to Janu's earlier posts on the same episodes. And what more can be said about he whole sc upto 'Yashoda kaise kathin hiyo ri mai'…. Just Love all the sc.s of Naradaji and his explanations ⭐️…

Yashoda-Krishna sc.s are Always Awesome!! 😍 All those sc.s are my absolute Favourites!! Makes us feel that we are there with all of them in Gokul!!
@Aishu,

Read your comments on 'Rohini's escape' 😊. You know, I actually Love to watch Sulakshana Khatri on screen, Love her 'typical' 😆 way of acting (as you have mentioned 😃)…
And yeah, Pramod Kapoor is my favourite!! ⭐️ The character of Akrurji as well as his 'Perfect acting style' never fails to make mark in the eyes of the audience who has watched SK at least once!!
Now about the Krishna-Naaradji sc.s- all those sc.s are Sooo Blissful (as I have also written in Reply to Vedo's posts)…
And you are right Dear about the song- 'Tu Dheeaj mat haar', it is one of the Most Most Inspiring song from SK, it generates So Much Power in us if we go deep into the words and believe them.⭐️
@Shivang,

Loved the analysis of Kaikeyi ⭐️ as well as the analysis about all the concepts regarding Radha ⭐️
And 👏 👏 👏 for the point of 'each yr of aranya kand being the Journey of souls living in ayodhya' in reply to Aishu's posts 😊.
@Lola,

So, time to quote chunks 😆 from some of your Excellent Expressions ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Dear Sis!! 😃…. Just Looooved them and decided to quote all those parts 😃:-
Loved this sentence about Dharti Mata Lesson: "...Thoroughly enjoyed your words on the Dharti Maa bit, it is so true and so touching and a rarely seen interpretation of this leela that takes it from "awww how cute," to "wow, God is really amazing and merciful!" 😍 " ⭐️ ⭐️
About Rohini Mata Escape:- "... Lol the bodyguards in drag really make Rohini's escape a memorable scene since it's quite unexpected in a mytho 😆 Overall it was a well-choreographed sequence with a lot of attention to detail, the switch from the boats to the rath and all the caution and mystery in their expressions and body language gave it a perfect spy-movie feel in spite of the Dwapar Yug setting! " 😆 😆
Laughed while reading this about karm and karmphal: "...If karma turns Kaikeyi into Devaki and Kaushalya into Yashoda, does Dashrath come back as Vasudev or Nand 😕 And whoever he is not, is a reincarnation of ?? 😕 " 😃
And Loved this part on the 'Mercy' of the Lord : "... throughout Ayodhya Kand, Kaikeyi's asking for forgiveness and Shri Ram's like, "but mom, I don't even think you're to blame!"... so, if we are imposing this rebirth with sorrowsX20 as payback, doesn't that kinda undervalue God's explicitly stated mercy?" Very Very True!! You are Amazing Dear!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

About Naradji "... That idea of love for God being overwhelming enough to bring motherly concern into the heart of an eternal ascetic like Naradji is really sweet and that sentiment is pretty much the heart of SK that so many scenes are based one... love it 😍 " ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
And this Fabulous point referring to keeping score "... I also love the way this scene depicts God's mercy and ability to forgive no matter how late in the game it may seem to be... Kans has done sooooo much damage by this point and still he's offered another chance 😲 It adds to what we were discussing as far as Kaikeyi is concerned quite beautifully - God's not out to keep score, but help us repent and learn from our mistakes... and once we take even a single step in that direction, we're technically forgiven". ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Now about the God-Devotee convo :- "... Really appreciate your input on the 'society will talk' bit from RadheShyam's lovely discussion on love... I think it's best to interpret it as a convo between a devotee and God instead of trying to impose any worldly meaning that people would be quite happy to misinterpret... if we take it as God telling his devotees that they shouldn't try to suppress their devotion though the world may call them crazy because of it, and that he himself loves his devotees unconditionally no matter what the world sees them as in terms of caste, creed, and even karma... this meaning makes for a much more universally digestible version of the scene, and it applies to all of us no matter what our relationship status is in a worldly context". ⭐️ ⭐️
And the way you linked the Akrur- VD meeting with Garg-Akrur meeting- is just Great!! ⭐️ Yes, they talk about the same 'image' of the Lord! ⭐️ I wasn't able to Link these two sc.s till now 😳 ... Haven't consided them related to each other that way 😔…

@Janu,

Just read your entries of page 14 and page 21 and decided to post my views! 😃

Page 14:-Loved to read about Shri Krishna-Naaradji meeting before Naaradji goes to see Kansa! It brings to mind Vibhishan's concern for Shri Ram in 'Dharammay Rath' sequence! " Naath na rath nahi tan par traana/ Kis vidhi jeetaba veer balbaana", (as I have also discussed with Lola 😊)... What a coincidence Dear!!! You also referred to Vibhishan in your post!! So, we are thinking alike 😃...

And yes, that 'Dharma rakshati rakshate' is indeed one of the Most Most Important message of SK! I looove that sc So Much! ( ask me- 'Which sc I don't ' 😆 😆)... Anyway, here we can realise why Krishna (i.e.- God ) is equal to Dharma, if we observe Dharma in our life, we are 'Living' in God in each moment! That's it- as I understand!

Completely agree with your comments about VD in prison, Devaki-Yashoda (compare/ contrast/ similarity), Baal Leelas of the Lord (indeed full of Love and Devotion- 'Pure Bliss', as I term that phase 😊), Radhe-Krishna meeting sc.s (Swapnil-Shweta phase, as Lola has also written about considering them as a conversation between a Devotee and the Lord ⭐️), Lalita-Vishakha Conversation (one of my fav sc! Loved the reference of Hanumaanji), Radha-Krishna conversations after 'Aaja re Kanhaaiya'- ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Just Looove the Sweetness of the song- Manmohan Lalla, Mann Bhaavini Laali, the way it says- 'ek makhan ek michhri ki daali'- it says alll!! (as I have also mentioned in my prev post) 😃

Now coming to page 21 entry:-

Here also, I completely agree with your vies about Radhe-Krishna conversations, Radha Garv Bhangam (remebered those Sig.s 😊), Dwait Adwait discussion ⭐️

You know, 'Prem jagat ka saar' is the Soul of SK, I feel Krishna is equal to Love, the whole image of Shri Krishna is so full of Love that we can FEEL it in all those sc.s! It is So Much evident also in the Arkur-Garg- sc!! This whole sequence is the height of Love and Devotion (as well as Knowledge 😊)!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

BTW- I guess the Gouri Mata is the actress who played the part of Bhanmati (who reared Pradyumna) in 'Samabharasur Vadh' Episodes in the later part of SK, but not sure 😳, may be Lola will be able to conform 😊.

Yes, now we are eager to read about the 'Akrur-Nand-Yashoda' meeting (i.e.- about the revelation of the 'True Identity' of Krishna) 😊, Here also, I remember the Sig.s 😊... But yes, we have some more sc.s before that 😊...

Jai Shri Krishna!

Loved this update di because it covered all the important Radha Krishna stories. Remember that siggy you once made. It was a while back, in the first mytho gallery. The "Radha Garva Bhangam" one. That so brings me back to that. And then we even had a very long discussion about it in a thread. Love reading stuff about Radha and Krishna so much and how they beautifully portray what true devotion and love is.

And I can imagine Akrur's expressions when he learns that Krishna is not coming to Mathura as he is teaching the world about world now. Haha, as you put it "romance shomance." The actor is doing a wonderful job so far. I'm way behind, but enjoying watching the show anyways. And I can just picture him!

The Gauri Pooja part was also done in JSK! The song was something like "Jai Jai Giriraj Kishori," but that was done when Krishna faked being unconscious so Radha could come and wake him. For the Maha Raas one, it was the Tulsi Vrat song. Loved Kritika's acting there. Sure Shweta would definitely be as good and convincing. And I even watched the Maharaas in both. The dancing in the SK one is fabulous! Shweta is definitely trained and maybe Swapnil is too.

Yeah, I too loved all the RadheKrishna scenes. In fact, I was the only one who was interested in watching those scenes in my family, because like most fathers, my dad was interested in all the political scenes and he was like "there are more??" every time there was a RadhaKrishna scene.😆 Aish too liked the political scenes more than the romantic ones, and my mom's favorite phase was the Bal Krishna one with baby and toddler Krishnas. So I was the only one in my family wishing there had been more RadheKrishna stories shown, as the Brahma Vaivarta Puraan has sooooooooooooooooo much more than what SK and JSK showed in terms of Radha and Krishna leelas, but I guess RS did not wish to show too much lest he bore the audience, like my dad and sis got bored.😆
Pramod Kapoor really was amazing as Akrur. His best scenes were the ones in which he learns of Krishna's divinity and where he expresses worry over Mathura's safety during the Jarasandh epis. When you get there, you'll love him even more.
Yeah, Shweta was a trained Kathak dancer so she did all the steps really well in the Maharaas.👏 Even Swapnil was good, but he was not a trained dancer like Shweta so you could tell he learned the steps then and there for the purpose of the scene. They were not as crisp or precise as Shweta's.
Anyhow, thanks a lot for your reply!🤗

Jai Shri Krishna!

Wow Debi, I just love your comparison of Narad-Krishna's meeting to Vibhishan-Ramji's.👏 It's really true, both of them exhibit the love which results in worry that devotees feel for the Lord himself. Often times, they almost forget that God is the one who protects everyone in the world and wonder who will protect God. That scene was really very sweet.😍
And I really enjoyed reading all your comments about my update, thanks a lot for such a detailed reply, so sweet of you!🤗 I also agree that Prem Jagat Ka Saar is the soul of SK, Gargacharya explains it so beautiful in his sermon to Akrur.😍 It also teaches us an extremely important life lesson, living in today's unethical politics, how we should not find ourselves absorbed in it ourselves and always keep in mind that only love sustains the world. Politics often fills us with hatred and all negative feelings, while love is the complete opposite and makes us feel all positive. Really loved this scene a lot!😍

The new update on our Suro naro muni-mohini RadheShyam jodi is just awesome! I have no words to express my feelings about those utterly divine scenes of SK 😍 Each & every song of this Radha Krishna phase is my top top fav, I listen to them always! Specially the Gouri Pooja song & the Maha Raas one ❤️. Love that scene where Gouri Maa speaking with Radharani alone & expresses her divine identity! Shweta's acting is soooooo perfect in that scene! I always lose myself into that heavenly conversation between our two Mothers, Maa Gouri & Radha Maiya!
& then the Maha Raas song! This is my best song from SK. I find some inner meanings of this song. Whenever I listen to it, I feel they are not only Radha & Gopikas who are telling "Kanha re, thoda sa peyar de/ charono me bitha ke tar de", they are our hearts of devotees, & our heart also want to say the same words, isn't it? When Radhika says, "Prem gali me aake gujoriya/ bhul gayi re ghar ki dagoriya/ jap tap saadhon tan man jeeban/ sab tose arpan peyare saowaria" doesn't it express our condition to the Lord? If we can't love him just like this, then how can we expect his love? When Gopika says, "Tu jhutaa bachan tere jhute", I really feel its similarity with our complains to him, we also start to believe sometimes that he is not with us, or he does not love us! But this is completely wrong idea about him, which is broken by his own words, "Mai bhi hun sachcha bachan mere sachche/ preet meri pakki tumhari man kachche", this means he loves us always & we are wrong as we can't recognize his love sometimes! That's also his own Maya!
Oh, was Shweta a trained dancer? I also guessed it but was not sure, great to know it!
Waiting for the next update. It will contain the heart-rending Mathura gaman scenes but I love to shade tears watching those 😭
