Alright. Great clues they were.👏 I am posting now my clues and then will be in the lectures. Suppose I get the right answer and am still busy with the students, then consider that 'like' button pressed by me will be the right answer (Although I like all the posts of attempts). Just a simple way of expressing from my side the confirmation on time just in case I don't post immediately. And feel free to ask your question if you are 100% sure of your cracking of the puzzle without waiting for me.

My 3 direct and closest relatives participated in a war.

My spouse didn't follow the normal defined duty of profession/caste/birth/varna but had the excuse of doing so by saying that it was the following of footsteps of Guru only.

My brother and son are in a famous group of 7.
