On his Instagram, Revanth has written that public voting starts this week and we can vote from Sunday 8pm to Monday 8am.

Since results will be out on Monday this week will be elimination free.

Also strange that voting isn't only for 12 hours

yes there is no elimination this week. that is sure.
i was following the face book of indian idol and the voting lines are opened on sunday night at 8 pm and closes on monday morning.
