Today I watched repeat telecast of Indian Idol episode in which they showed journey of both the finalists in and around their hometown. Repeat telecast was shown at 12:30 pm US time on Sat. 22nd Sep. 2007. I don't know the date and time of original telecast.

In that episode, they showed snippets when Amit visited Meghalaya's CM and he declared him as Brand Ambassador.

At that time, there were 2 Indian flags shown on CM's table. Atleast 1 of the flag was upside down (Green side was up and Saffron side was down).

I condemn this disrespect of Indian Flag.

I think that we already established that it's the state flag of Meghalaya, not the Indian flag.

this topic has been discussed to death. you're mistaken actually...the flag that you thought was the indian flag is actually the meghalaya state flag:

first its the state flag, and second, you should really spend your time being upset about more important issues, there are bigger problems in the world than upside down flags
