itz nt fixed..but prashant has very strong votes bank..the whole indian army votes fr him..they even vote for others when ppl pay to them..soo many articles were there on them..
they said tht money cud be sent n they wud vote for prashant..they r doin lot of things to make sure he is safe..and thts d reason y he is alwys safe..
n there is no other army office in any other shows..so the votes from army usually goes only for him..
otherwise for example if another army officer was on srgmpa of svoi..then he wud hv got less votes..but he is d only person from army so everyone wants to make him d winner anyhow..
and yes ankita has huge fan following too
