Not really, if that would have been the case why Suhit Gosain was chosen by the judges. People who like Ankita understand the show better than who don't.

Ankita is charismatic, can pull the crowd, excellent performer with a catch voice. Those who say she can't sing at all should listen to her Bhajan, babuji dheere chalna and kaisi paheli Zindagani. She should be the next IDOL and the first female IDOL.

She'll rock any show, you name it. 👏

other wise she could become indian idol with poor singing and average performer.

all of our opinions are going to differ on this because it depends on what qualities we each want to see in our indian idol. it depends on how much importance we give to singing, to looks, to personality, and to performance. everyone's equation for this is different so there's no single answer. I won't say that ankita is not deserving, but i think there are other contestants who are more deserving. ankita is truly an awesome performer and she really knows how to get the crowd going. she has a way of connecting with the people and she's a great entertainer. with that said, i personally give singing the most importance. the other things can be important too but singing always comes first for me. i want my indian idol to be a great singer before anything else which is why i'm supporting emon and amit.

ankita does not deserve even thou she is fun to watch , may be she becomes successful in stage shows

as for sur , she cannot sing the intricate harqats and gets off key many a times , she needs classical training b4 she actually becomes a singer

I admire the way you stated your opinion. Sometimes I too tend to get agressive. My personal criteria too is singing and that is why I too support Emon and Amit.

ankita sings good.buti think emon is better that ankita.so emon deserve to be indian-idol.
