Plagiarism is a serious allegation and should not be used without proof. When you are questioning the integrity of somebody, the least you can do is show the proof! Have you even taken the time to go back and check that place you read it before? My bet is if that person has any decency, he/she would have credited the original poster here by now. Good Analysis. But my simple take on this is Prashant gets votes because regionism is a fact. Even otherwise no one can stop people from spending their money on voting for their favorite. So clearly Prashant is a winner for those voters not for entire audience. 😊
