i loved the comments javed made about ankita last time, about not many girls being intelligent and smart. i also loved what he said about alisha, that she was intelligent but hid it behind her giggling.

javed saab loves women to be full of spirit and intelligence. he is actually supporting ankita not only for her singing but for the type of person she is.... hard working, creative independant and talented!!

I think Emon is competing at the wrong stage. He should have been in Sa re ga ma or Amul SVOI, thats where he deserve to go to get his dues.

i absolutely agree with u! every gala round, i see sum extraordinary performances by emon. but wht do the judges say? "ur a gud singer, therez no point discussing that?" 😕 evryone is a gud singer! duh....thats why they r in the galas! but emon never gets the praise he desrves. none of the judges eva gave him a standing ovation despite his brilliant performances. All they say is word like "gud, very gud, superb, khoob bhalo and at the most outstanding"... 😕

Well i think JAved Akhtar does not like Emon and Puja because they are not down to earth. He loves Amit and Ankita because of their humbleness...and mind you even people like their humbleness.

Ila Arun rightly said that when javed saheb likes someone he likes them so much that he forgets their mistakes.

Anu Malick was very right when he said that Emon thinks "i am the best singer". He surely is proud and thinks he is the best. In my opinion, the judges dont like him as a person and they dont see any future for him as long as Sonu keeps singing.

Of course it is wrong not to praise him when he sings phenominal......but in reality shows it is the humbleness that connects to the audience and gets you votes.

Because janata feel that he is too much pampered by judges and anchors.

Don't you think it is wrong to judge people by their humbleness and personality. Shouldn't talent be the main criteria. Udit has 2 wives, does that make him any less of a good singer. He still remains one of the best singers in the country. Abhijeet is one of the rudest and most arrogant singers, but still he has sung some beautiful songs like chand taare, etc.Alka yagnik is not the most humblest yet the lady has a melodious voice.

But why shoud personal stories matter? Ankita is not a good singer at all
and shame on the judges but lowering the standards of the listening
public by giving her false praise. Emon and Puja and Chang are good
singers - -not perfect but good.

god you are so right.. even i got the feeling that emon is getting underrated, just for being a good singer.. its almost as if in indian idol u have to start out by being a bad singer n then give a good(ish) performance for the judges to give u a standing ovation or whatever.. and emons been a good singer right from the beginning
