yepp...i also thot he sang it better den de orginal! 👏 👏

they are both my favourites and both sang it well but raja had some significantly noticeable errors in lyrics as well as keeping up to the beat of the track so overall i think emon was better because i didn't notice any errors in his singing.

Hey there is no comparison b/w the two. Emon is not a singer and Indian Idol is not a singing competition. Sa Re Ga Ma and Star voice of India are singing competition that also includes real singers not bathroom singers like Indian Idol. Dont insult true singers by comparing them.

aoch: are u kidding me?? emon is not a singer?!?! i mean HAVE YOU EVEN SEEN HIM SING?! ur crazy...emon is prob one of the best singers of indian idol AND if u compare them to people on saregama, better than most of them as well. Raja is amazing as well. I don't think u can compare both of them because they'r in the league of their own, but for this song, i definitely think emon did better justice to it.
i agree that indian idol before, hadn't brought too many talented singers, but INdian idol 3 has definitely chosen and brought much better singers this time around.


Btw, can anyone please tell me what movie/album the song they sang 'teri deewani' is from??

it's from kailash kher's album kailasa..and wow emon chatterjee's not a singer??? next thing you know AR rahman's not a composer😆 and shahrukh khan's not an actor😆

Raja. This is a folk song which is not Emon's forte..

Emon is a playback singer. So Raja did sing that song better. However that said I liked Emon's rendition as well because he gave a playback singers voice touch to it.

Both r my favs ..Infact I liked Raja more in 1st few galas ..but on this song Emon was def better ..

finish of the alaap was done by Emon superbly ....and the feel of the song and strength of Emon's voice was better ....
So I would say Emon was much much better in my opinion ....
