people criticized richa for what she obviously did to prashant. she was prashants duet partner and thus her attitude affected prashant to a great extent and made life during that round difficult for him. what richa was being criticed for, was shown, and was canon.

what puja is being criticed for is merely assumptions on people's part, or at least i believe so.

pujas statement here, even if we assume it referred to ankita, cannot do ankita any harm since shes not being made to sing with puja. its a statement and it doesn't even have 'ankita' in all caps written all over itself..

what richa was being criticed for and whats being discussed here about puja are two completely diffrent cases, IMHO.

p.s: i didnt intend to write an essay on richa-prashant here but since you had brought the subject of richa, i had to explain my point of view.

i didnt mean it was the contestants. i meant some people in this forum. and i dont believe puja was targeting ankita here. since the question was about looks and presentation, puja said her point of view and even if it did refer to ankita indirectly then whats sooo bad in that? after all, ankita does seem to pay more attention to presentation than singing. and what puja said was true to some extent if not in totality.

that being said, im not an ankita-hater. i like her performance and her singing as far as the bhajan goes. though my likeness for her has started to decrease a great deal since the day these judges started to overrate her.
