This year's girl contestants are far far far better than all the contestants that have so far come to Indian Idol 1 and 2 and even better than the boys of Indian Idol 3. Its not fair that they showed be only narrowed down to five for reasons of equity whereas in II1 and II2 they were chosen randomnly.
I'll be honest with you. You can narrow down the boys to a few good singers but all the girls are exceptional. Its not fair that these girls should be voted out for boys who hardly can match upto their talents.
Amongst the 14 boys selected only two are ideal to be a a part of the top ten and they are Meyaing and Emon. I would have mentioned Parleen but after today's performance, he doesnt deserve it. Meyaing and Emon both have been consistent in their performance and have proved their talent. And if you come to the girls you will find that out of the 14, 11 of them have the potential to be in the top 10 out of which three of them have been voted out and two many of you may disagree. The 10 are Puja, Vartika, Shifa, Charu, Smita, Deepali, Richa, Harshida, Aisha, Vanita and Rashmi. The two you guys will disagree on is Richa and Harshida and well thats you POV. Ankita doesnt deserve it because her voice is really screechy and she is far too much over confident and thinks that she is the best when she is not.
All I am trying to say that this years II3 is being completely unfair on the girls because talented girls are being voted out and will be voted out to accomodate boys who have the talent but they do not match upto the level of talent of the girls.......
This years contest have the best contestants and the Top Ten Performances would have been brilliant if the idea of equity had not been improvised.........
