The voice of tomorrow: N C Karunya
Karunya was introduced to music at the age of three by his Guru, Sri N C Murthy, who initiated his training with Carnatic sangeet. After years of rigorous training and riyaaz, he was finally exposed to the public during a nationwide music hunt in 2006. Today, he is one of the most versatile Indian singers with an ability to sing in multiple languages.
Karunya has recently tied a three-year exclusive contract with Times Music and is launching his own album with the music label, due for a July release. The music of this album has been composed by Leslie Lewis and the video is produced by Madhu Sarkar. From Carnatic sangeet at home to his own album. What's next Karunya?
