Tie Breaker Anu Malik ??

Now that new season has started with new judges and new rules for the competition ... Do you think it is fair to have Anu Malik be given the power to choose the contestant if there is a tie ??? Why?

I don't think so .. They should have a better way break the tie ... I dun know how they should break the tie but giving him all the power is not right ...

Can you think of any way of getting around it ???
