What is the one quality about Meenal that made you want to support her?
Well i am not really her fan but if i had to mention one quality that i like about her then it would be her dedication towards singing!

Who did you want to see with Meenal in Top2? Why this contestant?
I definately wanted Aamaya Daate to be there in top 2 with anyone because he was versatile and he could pull off any kind of songs really well. His stage presence was good and his expressions were always apt according to the song. He was a total package!!

Which judges' comments were the best towards her that made you feel really proud to be a Meenal supporter/fan?
I do not remember any particular comment. All i remember is that Anu Malik went upto her on the stage after she sang Hum Dil Chuke Sanam and said something like yeh tumne kya kar diya? tumne bohot acha gaya hai...

I think Farah Khan was right at times. Meenal's song selection was always good but she really needed to improve on her stage presence!

Do you wish Meenal had gone to SRGMP or FG instead of II? Yes or No, give reasons.
Well she auditioned for II-2 just because she dreamed to become an INDIAN IDOL and one can only get that prestigious title if i may say so, in II. So, yeah i wouldn't say she should have gone to Srgmp or FG instead of II!

When Meenal went to her home she took someone from II along with her ..who did she take? and your thoughts on that?
She took Antara along with her because Meenal became really good friends with Antara during II-2. It was great! What else does a person need if they get to spend time with their friends?

Hum Dil De Chuke was well applauded by Anu Malik and Sonu Niigaam, but this was her last gala song of II...what do you feel went wrong in her performance that she could not get enough votes? What was your reaction to this performance of hers?

I think she sung that song well but she kept her eyes closed throughout the song. Hence, she was unable to connect with the audiences.

If you were given a chance to cast someone from II to be there in her music video "Mehram", who would you have chosen?

I have only heard the title song from her album which is "Mehram". I thought it was ok not all that. Well, i think she tried to do something unique by coming out with a sufi album but i think she should have tried some peppy songs instead of sufi.

Well, i think the makeover gave her more self-confidence but she was not really a good performer on the II stage.

If you get a chance to spend 15 mins with Meenal...how would you spend those 15 mins?
umm i'd ask her how she feels about the audiences reaction towards her album?...i'd also ask her about her expericence in II-2?...what does she do in free time?...what future plans does she have? etc.

I thought she had the capability to hang in there for a bit longer. She was quite capable of making into top 3 but bad luck!

Farah Khan criticized Meenal for not giving an entertaining performance on stage, do you think she was right or was she unfair? I think Farah Khan almost every time correct though sometimes its harsh to contestants...Her all time fav sandy won & she like anuj after that & he came TOP 3 too...Meenal's only weakness was her performance & stage presence though now after II-2 she proved one of the best performer...All credit goes to Sonu ji I guess😉

Do you wish Meenal had gone to SRGMP or FG instead of II? Yes or No, give reasons. I think SRGMP is good platform her than II-2 & FG as its not concentrating on performance 😛

Sadly I couldnt hear this song in gala time & anu malik's praising too..but I hear on bottom 3 gala & it was good one...Before that too she came many times in bottom 3 eventhough sang well...

its a good video but that song was so slow & didnt that catchy to youth people I guess...After a few weeks of its release I never heard it in Sony or MTV too...never saw article like it was in top charts too...so something lacking in that I guess..She should have done something fast or some emotional songs like Lambi judai....

as far as i m concern it shld hv been antara 😉 as she has the higest no of fan club ... 😛 ....
