Expectations from Indian Idol 3..?

What are your expectations from Indian Idol 3, if any...?

I'm expecting to see former Indian Idol contestants, either singing or judging the show. Hope the show producers haven't forgotten them cos we fans sure haven't.

To be honest nothing. I will watch it but i am not expecting anything from it.

I would love to see Amey in it but then again i dont wanna be selfish and think Amey shouldnt have anything to do with Sony.

last season they had ii1 contestants come and perform during the piano rounds of ii2...sumwhere around that time...

i hope this time...they also have ii2, and also ii1 contestants perform or be apart of the show sumhow...

more expectations...i hope they stop all those s2pid commercials they use to do to promote their sponsers....like the garnier hair colour stuff....pizza hut...etc etc...i hope there's none of that.. 😆 😆

i wish too see more audience interaction.....not like in the studio....but i wud like to see them show wat audience outside think about the show..and who the idol shud be etc...u noe polls and watnot...

ok on a serious note..maybe sum judge's choice stuff...where the judge's chose songs for contestants and they sing them...

i want to hear sum qawwali's this time around as well...and they shud have a classical round...unlike stupid rounds like shaadi round or watever it was...

im expecting much much more quality singers...and better voting!! (well im not expecting...im hoping)

I would like to see top 5 from Indian Idol-1 & 2 to be part of the show as guest judges/ co-anchors and also a performance from each one of them. I am happy with the choice of judges this time. I am sure there is going to be some controversial arguments but I hope that doesn't ruin the essence of the show.

My expectations are high because this time the emphasis is more on singing ability. So I look forward for some great, young, promising singers.

Better quality of participants...unlike last year where we had 1 excellent singer- karunya, one very good singer- Amey, 5-6 average singers- Sandeep, Meenal, Antara..et al
and the rest were ...eeewww
Less drama more music...I hate the result episodes where they drag and drag before announcing the names...or the fake fights between judges or anchors...!!
Better choice of songs...we have such a wonderful range of hindi film songs...some of the themes last year like Shaadi and desh prem etc are so hackneyed...i think last year's American Idol where they had the rounds based on some artistes and actually had the artiste mentor the participants could be a good idea...hope the producers are more creative this time
And last but not the least...i would want a female Idol!!
