Report on Karunya's show in Hyderabad

After his stint to win the hearts of the nation, he is now wooing his hometown with his mesmerising voice!!! it is none other than our own Karunya. On the occasion of the 200 years of Secunderabad celebrations, karunya enthralled the audience with his performance in the Parade Grounds of Secunderabad. Despite the slight delay, the audience waited patiently for karunya. The show began with Karunya singing the song Jai Jai Ganesha, Jai kodata Ganesha. Singers Hemachandra and Himabindu were part of the troupe that performed with karunya, and sang many popular numbers. Karunya, Hemu and Himabindu were presented momentos by the finance minister of state Mr. Rosaiah.

HYDERABAD: Pandit Jasraj, Remo Fernandes, Daler Mahendi, Sunidhi Chauhan, Phalguni Pathak, local boy Karunya and many other artistes are expected to perform at Parade grounds and Hari Hara Kala Bhavan for the 200th anniversary celebrations of Secunderabad.

The festivities will start on June 3 and continue till June 11 and the Government is pulling out all stops to make it a grandstanding event so as to make the twin cities a hot tourist destination. A musical night by Movie Artistes Association (MAA), laughter show, Fusion music, classical dances, etc., will form part of the cultural ensemble.
