Hello Friends,

Karunya lost the Indian Idol Tag not to Sandeep but it was due to Regionalism. Now I clearly get to understand that People in the North, West and East vote accordinly to the reasons below.

1) They see if the candidate is from their State

2) They prefer looks for talent which was the case with Sandeep looking good and Karunya being a better singer. I am sure even the Indian Idol Judges would have agreed upon this

Finally people down south do not watch these programmes. Programmes of these kind need to be marketed well before the finals take place, especially in their respective states of the finalists.

Who all agree with me, let me know.

Regards,

Chandu.

Karu & his fans just can't accept the fact that the public preferred Sandeep. The judges are not above favouritism.... see what Farah did to Meenal 😡 and Sonu with his partiality towards Antara. 🤢

people may have different opinions...afterall...iss duniya mein alag tarah ke log rehte hain...agar har ek insaan doosre insaan ke tarah sochta hain...toh...why is there different people in the world?

what one person sees in one ...the other may not. That is completely natural.

we must learn to accept the result...like the saying "jo bhi hota hain...achche ke liye hota hain"

also...talent never dies.karunya has talent brimming in himself.so he has nothing to worry about dear.
and for sandeep, its celebration time.

lets say...it was sandeep's day then...and one day soon..it will be karu's day.

i am gr88 fan of karu , and wanted him to win but the truthis that why whole of south india dnt watch hindi programmes?????

well, your concern is really praise-worthy...in a country where hindi is regarded (not adopted) as mational language, why ppl were so stunned that a person from south knows hindi very well...
nothing against karu or anyone from that part of India....but its in our blood...we simply cant rectify that blood of us....it takes courage to accept that and therz a very very thin line while u deal with regionalism n local prejuides...either of them are harmful for the national issues...anyway....who cares...

If your from a particular region that does not watch the show then..... yes, you are taking a risk by being in a program which has its format focused on public voting.
The truth is if you are talented you will get votes outside of your region and that's what really counts.
For Karunya, who is from the south to get in top 2 is huge and that is due soley to his talent.
People forget to recognize this!

At the end it really doesn't matter that he lost. The main thing is that he has gotten recognized and people know him because of his talent and singing. I think that has greater value.

I am upset too that he lost. But, I am happy that it was Sandeep rather than Anuj who won.

I am cribbing that he lost, but I know one thing his supporters including myself should of voted more for him to win. Instead of complaining we should of voted.

Sandeep deserved to win as his supporters voted for him and in a contest like this that is what counts.

So I would congratulate Sandeep and more importantly his supporters who made him win!!!!!

and i still feel its not regionalism!! its fanfare difference...
if it was regionalism, karu wud never see the top three or top two slot....coz I;m pretty much sure the number of votes he got was mostly from north India and only in finals there was some awareness in hyderabad...i still doubt for the rest part of S India....they even dont mingle with each other easily...if u know that....anyway, the point is, its just fan support rather than just regionalism....we all witnessed how he was greeted in Delhi, Lucknow, Ahemdabad and Kolkata, now non of them is called a par tin South India...its either east, north east or north India.....
his home coming in hyderabad was also not that impressive as the other places were....so u better decide is that still considered as regionalism!! I wud wonder pl still believe that it was mere regionalism....

Dear checkz ,

I am not sure where you got this from **i still doubt for the rest part of S India....they even dont mingle with each other easily...if u know that***

I seriously object this, please dont pass on wrong messages without having witnessed any !...I am sure in every part of the country there will be people who like some and dont some other...

There are no proper chances for the people from south to interact with north even the other way. The reason for people not paying attention to Hinid channels is as earlier mentioned gud entertainment means are available in the local languages. This has got nothing to do with patriotism or regionalism.

Please all you guys from states where your mother tongue is Hindi imagine that your national language is some other. And people from your state just started realing that we have a national language which is not your mother tongue just 50 years ago and dont have chance to use this language in your day to day life and dont interact with people who know this language. And you have very gud entertinment means!.. let me tell you something nobody watches TV to show their love to country or language. Its only an entertainment medium.

got more to share.... but have to go..
