If Karunya wins.....

I don't think I want Karunya to win anymore.....sorry Pragya this not to go against your belief coz obviously you know how big a fan of Karu's I am by now at least! The reason I'm saying this is because I have a feeling that IF by God's grace and janta's voting he does win everyone who were against him would propagate that he won only because of Sony TV and the judges promoting him.

What is the point of a win that will not be acknowledged for what it's truly worth....his pure and undeniable talent! If people are going to remember Karunya as an II who won because of promotion and not remember him for his wonderful talent then the win really is not worth it! I think he would be better off "losing" in such a situation where he can proudy say that it's not his loss but the loss of the II stage. It cannot be denied that just by being in the top 2 he has already won half the nation and has gathered praise from a large part of the Indian music fraternity who truly recognise talent.....so his battle really is half won. If he keeps up with his excellent performances and his riyaz there's no telling how many more heights he'll reach. So a title that is won with wrong connotations will not be worthy of Karunya anyways. I think it is better to be loved for the right reasons that to be scorned upon for all the wrong ones!

I don't think that would happen. His talent has been so overwhelming that anything else is overshadowed by it.

i am happy if he wins as he truly deserves it.If he looses no problems i am happy too because he and hema can go ahead with there album hyderabad cousins and sony and zee will feel so sorry as these two little masters will certainly rock the music world.he is a winner anyway.sandeep need sony for his future where as karu as he has intrinsic strength the music fraternity will be waiting with open arms.

I guess my comments weren't completely understood....what I meant to say was that looking at how Sandeep's fans and almost anyone who isn't for Karunya in fact are opposing any publicity that Karunya gets I think that they would all accuse Karunya of having won only because of a bias (WHICH IS CLEARLY NOT TRUE!) and not because of his talent. I believe as much as any other Karu fan that he's extremely talented and if he wins (touchwood!) it would only be because of his talent and his hard work and nothing else but I'm just trying to bring forth what others who are not for Karunya will accuse his win of....unfortunately.
He will def be remembered for his talent no doubt by his supporters but his opposers will have a different story to tell. And I don't think someone as talented as Karunya should be put through that humiliation! As seen from previous voting trends (where Karu came in the bottom much more often than Sandeep) I doubt if people really do care for talent hunts and if they will feel a great loss over the loss of talent....again not to say that Karu's supporters won't but I'm talking about the other people who're responsible for putting him in the bottom 2/3 many a times! I hope you are right malathi and that the Indian audience who is actually voting wakes up and takes notice of the injustice done to true talent but if they don't then I'd rather not have Karunya put through the blame game.
