Judges are useless

I think there is no need for judges or their comments in Indian Idol Galas

First of all they are highly inconsistent. Yesterday they all praise Amey in one voice. Even though we Ameteurs realized that there is something wrong with Amey's performance. But surprize, today they have found so many fault with Amey's singing. Same thing happened with Karunya last time. Anu Malik praised him and next day criticized him. Also Anu Malik gave one of the best comment to Meenal (better than Anuj at least) but put her in bottom three.

Second, junta is not listening to judges anyway. They gave bad comments to Ravi all the time and he is not in bottom three. They give good comments to Ravi and guess what he is out of the show.

Of all judges Anu Malik is most useless. My second grade cousin make better poem than him. Does his poetry make any sense to anyone?

Its high time they bring some quality guest judges to the show. Would love to see Asha Ji, Lata Ji or even Sunidhi Chauhan judging contestants. Also would be interesting if someone like A. R. Rehman come to the show. He was judging some channel V talent show and found Naresh Ayer (Singer of Roobaroo and Tu Bin Bataye, what a lovely voice). In comparision Anu gave a song like "Hello Madam" to singer like Rahul Vaidya and no body would hear that song again after 2-3 months and world would forget Rahul Vaidya. I am afraid he would give the some crappy song to Antra Mitra and ruin her career.

So in short, Don't pay too mush attention to what Judges say. Do what you feel is best.

awww don't be so harsh, sometimes they make sense? 😆

oh and i've noticed the inconsistency..they seem to compliment the singers during the gala round but during the "voting off round", they are all business...basically telling they suck which is not so nice. (i.e. sandeep in today's episode, agreed he sang bad but wooo, those comments were HARSH)

i think we need judges...tho we hardly ever listen to them, they provide advice and the contestants improve because of their advice...

yea the judges are only good for the contestants since it's obvious janta doesnt give a damn about the judges' opinion

Okay, I give it, some of them are not so bad, probably they might beat my cousin. But rest are useless. The pitfall is noone take Anu's comments seriously.

May be I am a bit harsh, but I hate Anu Malik. I was laghing when Sonu said Anu's music is 99% original. One who can blatantly copy "Bheege Hoth tere" and project as his own gets no respect from me.
