indianidol says Panna is a very close of friend of mine -- In fact, he's the first friend I made in Mumbai. He's very caring and helpful. I'm very clumsy with my hair, etc. Whenever we go for shows, he would help me style my hair with gel, and always lend me belts, etc. I am going to miss his non-stop jokes and nonsensical songs. He would talk all the time, and I am going to miss that.

indianidol says Yes, I have given up my studies for Indian Idol. I quit my engineering course in the third year. I'm not sure about my having more fans overseas: I've got fans all over the world and haven't been able to keep a track yet.

indianidol says Hi Ashwani. I guess my performance was not up to the mark. I thought I could've sung better, but I don't think I deserved to come in bottom three. I always stand by my choice of songs, though: The songs I've sung on stage are really close to my heart.

indianidol says I love to read a lot: Magazines, fiction, newspapers, my subject books. I also play badminton. I don't believe in doing anything special to maintain my voice. I eat about anything: ice-creams, everything cold. I believe every singer has to be exposed to everything.

Mine is a music-oriented family. Music has always been part of our life. Papa thought I was quite good at music, and told me to consider music as a career.

indianidol says Panna may not be as good a singer as Monali. But definitely, he is not a candidate who should go out now. He had done his best in the last gala and was showing a lot of improvement. I feel confused about the janta: They don't want good singers like Monali or good performers like Neha or Panna.

indianidol says Yes, they do. More women watch Indian Idol. When I watched idol 1, I always voted for Rahul Vaidya and Amit Sanaa, but barely voted for Prajakta or Aditi. Women watch more TV, vote more and tend to vote for male contestants
