Wot's not working for gurls?

I personally feel that all the gurls are talented and have their own voice qlty. They have it in them all that takes to be the next II but there's something that's not working for them. Wot cud be that 'something'?

I think it's consistency.

1. Monali rocked the first gala but failed to impress most of them in the following galas. She has a gud voice to match her sensuous looks but she's unable to maintain her level of gud performance in each gala.

2. Antara can be a gud playback singer but she's not showing the same potential in all the galas. Yesterday she simply rocked. I never saw this avatar before. She can do it provided that she maintains consistency.

3. Meenal- She's undoubtedly the best among the gals. Has a very unique voice. Slightly low in confidence and consistency. Her performance has been very fluctuating.

The problem for gurls is that their performance is fluctuating in each gala. In one gala we see Meenal rocking and the next we see Monali or Antara performing well. This will effect the voting pattern for sure b'coz ppl. expect them to perform at the same level if not better than that and if these gurls do not live up to their expectations then they are gonna lose their vote banks to guys (esp Karu n Amey who have been very consistent). Wake up gurls!

The girls overall are better than the guys IMO. From the guys, Amey & Karyuna have been the only consistent singers, both are excellent. Both Monali and Antara have their fan following despite flutuating performances. Meenal, despite singing well, isn't getting the votes she deserves.

That 'something' may be what Sonu has been talking about for the past few episodes: focus on makeup and clothes. Just a guess, but maybe Sonu is right. 😕

One of the reasons why Meenal is loosing confidence is b'coz' inspite of singing so well she was voted in bottom 3, which is very discouraging. I can understand her agony but Meenal shud not lose her focus.
