The real threat

If there is any threat to singers like Karunya and Amey then it is not Karunya for Amey or viceversa but singers like Panna and Sandeep are the real threats. We must accept the fact that the ordinary janta doesn't understand sur and taal and looks for an entertainer (like Qazi). This is the very reason why even trained singers are focussing more on histrionics than sur and taal and eventually end up getting negative reviews from the judges. If we are losing good singers for entertainers then we are partially responsible for it. I strongly feel that people should rearrange their priorities and keep singing abilities on top of the list. What do you say members?

We should give a bit of importance for the talent too, just imagine if we do not see improvement in the singing of panna or any major antics from sandeep, then janta too won't support them.

If you are comparing QAZI to these 2, then Qazi also sang well in a few galas, thats why public voted for him continuosly.I don't know how many of you agree with me, there is no comparision between QAZI & PANNA. Panna could be a good performer, but i won't put him in the same league as QAZI, bcos QAZI can charm u with his talking, where as PANNA is too straight forward & that puts off few sections of the crowd. More over, FG used to be aired thru out the week, with their day to day happenings, so we all saw the true side of these contestents at FG.The final was choosen as a talented singer & a good performer combined, if not they would have chosen Rex & Qazi isn't it?

Compared to Indian Idol, we get to see them only once or twice in a week & that too on the stage.. So we get to hear from them for those 5-10 mins of individual footage time. half of the time, we see them performing, so the comparision is only the singing & over all performance.

If you compare the last year II to this one, then we can see, Rahul vaidya, amit sana & Abhi are good singers, Ravinder rAvi sailed for a while on sympathy wave, but eventually ppl voted him out for more talented singers/performers..
