Hussain said just before the results that
I have seen only 2 true idols.

1 is Abjeeth II-1
And today i will see the other.

What he told is absolutely true

Though he was true, I was shocked to see Hussain say that. He insulted Sandeep Acharya, Prashant Tamang and Saurabhee. Though they might not have deserved their titles, you shouldnt do that to them in public.

I think tht was NOT intended jus bcuz Abhijeet was present there n Sreeram won it was jus him excited n it came out from his mouth IMO it was jus Hussain's excitement

Hussain, Salim and Annu are on Sreeram side from beginning. Salim was so exited yesterday, he is expressing more happiness than Sreeram whenever he received a compliment from guests/anchors/judges.

IMO Salim might compose music for Sreeram's album.

That is the brutal truth.as a music lover he has a right to appreciate the audience for voting the right contestant.by praising some,doesnt put down the others according to me.
to each expression there can be many meanings,so it depends how one analyze it,or take it.😊
like the other day there were some members taking salim's words(will be missing ur performances after idol) to sreeram in a different perspective.for that matter salim asking people to vote,as a judge he shouldnt be doing but it is his expression as a music lover too.

true true i agree wit wat ur sayin cuz Hussain is jus hosting the show not judging it so he is a viewer therefore has his opinion buh people get offended bcuz he says on tv.

true from the begining Salim has a soft corner for Sreeram in his heart. he has been supporting him through out the season. he did like other contestants as well but for him sreeram was always the best! this is why he gave a chance to him n not to Rakesh😆
he use to praise Rakesh a lot but always a little less then Sreeram 😃😃. perhaps Salim was a biast but who cares Sreeram is the best!!! 😉

i just love Salim-Sreeram jori..cant wait to see the dou come togther. the best composer (along with suliman ofcourse) and the best new voice coming together!! cant wait! hope its true!!😊

it was true but not Hussain's dailogue. It was Indian idol team's dialogue given to Hussain. Means they believe their past winners were failiures. Well yes Sandeep and Prasahnt were def undeserving.

I totally agree with what Hussain said. A host is usually a representative for the audience, and I truly believe that Hussain understands the reality really well and keeping the reality in mind, he said exactly the thing that we all feel.

So, there is nothing wrong in it. In fact, it actually came true when Sreeram won, a truly deserving candidate, there is no doubt about it. We all are proud of it.
