Here is small portion of transcript....

In part 2 video...

Part:2

"bamma garu" was conveying him the message about everyone missing him. Interviewer asked his sister what gift she is planning for him as soon as he reaches Hyderabad. Sister Aishu said she will give him whatever he asks but actually it is his turn to gift her something. Ram said Rakhi is approaching and he will defenitely give her an expensive gift. (Lucky sis...lol)

Interviewer asked if he is missing home food. He said he wants to eat "mango dal" from his granny's cooking. He added he wants to have 'mirchi' with dal too. Granny was delighted and asked him come back soon to have whatever he desired to eat.

Karunya wished him but audio ecoed and they disconnected him..poor guy.

Interviewer asked about the judges and his experiences with them. He explained what he learnt from them. He loved all the 3.

He was asked to sing a song for Telugu ppl. Granny was asked to choose her choice. Sriram said his granny sings better than him. Granny asked him to sing from "Bhairavadveepam." He said he dint remember the song first and offered to sing in Hindi..a patriotic song on the great occassion of independence day. He was asked to sing Telugu song for Telugu ppl. Granny again asked about "Bhairavadveepam" and he said it is lengthy song and cannot stop in the middle and sang "Madi Sarada Devi" on Goddess Saraswati. He said Hemachander also sings this song very well.

More later....if no one transcripts here...I'm rushing out now...cya

^^ Thanks vallanki. I would like to add what he said about the judges

- He said both on and off stage all three judges gave him a lot of tips and without those tips he would not have been able to give such good performances.

- Especially Anu Malik who constantly encouraged him by saying he will be the next Indian Idol and that gave him a lot of confidence

- And he said he was used to singing as if in a studio with his eyes closed etc and he wasn't very used to the stage and Sunidhi helped him by telling him to perform on stage etc and asked him to sing with "feel"(😉) and not worry too much etc

- Salim really surprised him by giving him the opportunity to sing with Shreya in Top 6 stage.

Jai Sreeram!!!

did anyone know Sreeram quit his Job at Satyam Computers and pleaded with his parents to give him 1 year time to prove himself as a singer, he is an inspiration guys..

http://www.deccanchronicle.com/tabloids/jai-sreeram-592

-------------------------

Soon after he was declared winner of Indian Idol 5, Sreeram Chandra Mynampati was hailed as the pride of Hyderabad. But just three years ago, Sreeram's story was a far cry from this fairy tale that his life has become.

Starry-eyed and determined to make a name for himself in the music industry, this B.Tech graduate from Royal Institute of Technology came home from his first day at work in Satyam Computers only to announce his decision to quit his job. His parents were horrified. Sreeram's decision to throw away a good job in hand to go on a wild goose chase worried them.

Sreeram however, was confident. He asked his father to give him one year to prove himself. "My brother's ambitions left my dad concerned because a career in the film industry is not something you can bank on. He wanted Sreeram to finish his engineering, take up a job and pursue his singing career alongside. But my brother wouldn't let anything disturb his music practice," says Ashwini, his sister.

Today, they're all glad they took that leap of faith and let him dream of more than just a 9-5 job. The winner of the Ananda Ragam contest in 2005, Sreeram went on to pursue his passion for music. He participated in shows like Sye Singers challenge, Okkare and Voice of India before auditioning for Indian Idol 5.

Moist-eyed with pride, Sreeram's family confesses that his world was always filled with music. "He used to sit in his room and practise for hours. He started singing when he was barely five, and his grandfather loved listening to him. We knew he would become a singer, but the magnitude of his success was beyond our imagination," says Hanumayamma, his grandmother.

Idol Talk

Moments before they announced the results I mentally prepared myself for both — the best and the worst. But when I realised I'd won, my joy knew no bounds.

I had sung for a few Tollywood films before Indian Idol. While I will continue singing Telugu songs, I think Bollywood will be my first priority.

— Sreeram Chandra Mynampati
