Imran Sonam to go desi on indian idol

Bollywood actors Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor are all set to be seen on Indian Idol 5 to promote their upcoming film I Hate Luv Storys. What's more? The duo will be seen in a new avatar.

Sonam Kapoor will don a sari for the promotion. "At indian idol imran and me have dec to go formal.. I'm wearing a sari!!!! For the first time outside a film.. Hope it looks nice," she wrote on micro-blogging site Twitter.

"On my way to shoot for Indian Idol. Wondering if a band-gala is too formal to wear on the show," tweets Imran.

The show will be telecast on Monday, 9 pm on Sony.
