www.bolegaindia.com where u all can vote.maybe from coming galas,all who are away from India.rules and regulations are mentioned in the website ,u can check it.there is some poll and predict contest too is going on for top 3 .

Tqs for sharing the info rths😊, i find therz a lot of info n polls out there..n coz of short of time.just needed a clarification if u can.... plz...did ur post mean that NRI's can contribute 2 the winners of II in real time or does it mean they can do an online poll which may not in reality have no bearing to the outcome..of the winner. I will appreciate if u can post me the specific link....

Contest Terms and Conditions

1) Votes will be accepted on bolegaindia.com based on rounds as per the program displayed previous episodes. Votes will be carried forward from one round to another till the contestant is eliminated.

2) The SMS sending is totally based on the open status of the voting lines. It is upto Bolegaindia.com discretion to decide the time & method for sending the SMS for the contestants. SMS here will be the Text message sent via specified methods to promote the actual Indian Idol contest participants. 3) For every 100 votes received per contestant on bolegaindia.com, 1 (one) SMS will be sent for the contestant. All Bolegaindia.com users will be able allowed to cast upto 50 votes per day; these votes can be used to promote one single contestant or multiple contestants.

4) Elimination will be strictly based on the actual eliminations done on the episode, Bolegaindia.com users will not be able to vote on eliminated candidates and no SMS will be sent for the eliminated candidates.

5) If there is a wildcard entry done in the episode, the data on bolegaindia.com for the contest participants will be updated accordingly. However bolegaindia.com takes no responsibility of accuracy of the contestants displayed on the contest page.

6) Bolegaindia.com users will be allowed only once to participate in the "Choose Top 3" contest, once they lock their choice they will not be allowed to change the same even if one or all of their chosen contestants are eliminated.

7) Reference to GRAND PRIZE MONEY, the User who makes the correct prediction from start to end of the event based on the early bird scheme, shall be declared winner of the respective Grand Prizes of Rs. 50,000/-. In the event there is a tie (two or more Users with same correct prediction + time at which the selection is submitted), BolegaIndia shall then declare the Winner based on the top Users onsite that have earned maximum points in terms of points earned for overall activity done onsite. We strongly encourage all users to earn as many points possible by participating in sawaals and polls that are running 24/7 on our website.

8) The winner of Grand Prize shall be declared post conclusion of the event.

9) The contest participant shall be entitled to register only once on BolegaIndia.com. Subsequent registration shall entitle BolegaIndia.com to disqualify the participant prior to or even after the participant is declared winner, resulting in the winner returning the prize money, gifts or refunding value of the gifts, at the sole discretion of BolegaIndia.com.

10) BolegaIndia.com accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize money or gifts shown.

11) Winner will be selected from contest participants who hold correct & accurate registrations during the validity period of the contest.

12) Winner will be directly contacted by BolegaIndia.com on the email provided during User account registration process.

13) BolegaIndia.com shall contact the winner for relevant bank information to where BolegaIndia.com intends to make the prize money payout directly. The winner must send in the information required within the deadline stated. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

BolegaIndia.com reserves the rights to:

i. Declare the time and deliverable details of each and all winning prizes.

ii. Decide on its own as to by what means a prize should be given to the respective winner(s).

We have the right, but not the obligation, to take any of the following actions in our sole discretion at any time and for any reason without giving you any prior notice:

A. Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services;
B. Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our Services;
C. Refuse, move, or remove any material that you submit to our sites for any reason;
D. Refuse, move, or remove any content that is available on our sites;
E. Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account;
F. Establish general practices and limits concerning use of our sites.

BolegaIndia.com, reserves all rights under the contest. All prize money, gifts are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prize Money, Gifts cannot be exchanged / redeemed for any other thing other than what is already designated for the particular contest. All Prizes & Gifts worth more than Rs. 2,000/- in cash value will be eligible for tax deduction @ 30.9% as per Section 194 B of the Income Tax Act 1961. The prizes, gifts are also subject to other such taxes, duties and levies as applicable from time to time.
