i dont think perceptions are related to where we live (USA or India or some other country)...as its our sanskar that we are raised with, thats how we perceive things around us...later when somoen is of age to study or to work, might travel to USA but then as sanskar has already in roots of this person, doesnt matter where he lives now...he will still goes by what he is basicaly moulded into 😊
