It is a holiday observed in Mexico and in the USA

it refers to the the 5th of May in Spanish, and it commerates their victory against the french in the battle of puebla, sometime in the 1800's i think , history has never been my strong point

Usually mexicans gather together with freinds and family and dine and wine, with loud music

Hello ji! I am good thanks and you? I liked today's episode a lot! It restored my faith in Indian Idol as the best musical show on India right now. They incorporated elements from the old Sa Re Ga Ma which was the definitive singing competition. I hope they stay on track this year!

I am excellent. Yes, till now, SRGMP was the better musical reality show with a better jduges panel and critical analysis of each and every song. But now, II has gone up a notch and is really looking very promising. Let's we what happens. But I miss Geetish. 😭

Geetesh - aah, he is the tragedy of the rounds up til now. I hope he can be brought back in a Wildcard or something....

He has garnered a LOT of popularity, though. So that's a good thing. Esp all the female attention. 😉
