Yes Torsha is talented. But i think what some are trying to say here is that because Rajdeep is out now, at least some can apreciate his singing for it's greatness while if he (or torsha) would have or will win, they will be lumped in with the Bengali winners and i am sure someone would have started a topic like "Rajdeep/Torsha's win and the Bengali Voting Machine." They might call it something else though. I guess we're trying to find a silver lining here that's it.

I cant vote as i do not live in indian, but believe me i would have done if i was living there. And as for u wanting Kapil to win and supported Prashant and Sandeep that is ur opinion and i respect that. But for me coz of contestants like that winning no wonder the show is going down and no longer worth watching.

That's ridiculous, are we giving up all hope now? At least if you are a Rajdeep fan stand up say that he was the best singer and public voting is a farce, immoral, unethical way to judge singers because of regional biases that precede in the voting population in India. Give the guy credit for something. What you should've done is dedicated this topic to Rajdeep and posted links to his performances and discussed how his ouster is a huge blow to the Indian Idol platform.

Sarcasm and bitterness isn't going to take anyone anywhere. The "racist" (although Bengalis, Nepalis, etc. are all part of the same race) comments are coming in from both ways, as a third party I'd like to inform everyone, that both parties are at fault. And that just needs to stop now, its beyond annoying.
