disappointingly I have 2 say no.........dey ere showin d last wildcard episode rnd yesterday n It seems so dere will be no gala rand tommorow~!!!!

ummm... the strike is by Federation of Western Indian Cine Employees and the low rung workers want regular pay (payment on time) and scheduled hours for them to work.

50,000 (i think this is the number, but i am not sure) workers are on strike which has brought the television industry to a complete halt.

As the T.V. channels now don't have a camera to shoot or anyone to direct them, they have no choice but to re-run old shows...

There is only one show which is uneffected which is "Big boss" because of the format of the show. They cannot tell the housemates to go home...

The Federation has decided that they will not stand for any middle ground and will only be satisfied if all of their demands were met.

So, I think the strike is going to be for a while...
