well, although i am one of his fans, i think his last performance was not upto the mark. emotion is not the only content of a song.

But It was painful to hear what the other contestants think about him. Those were , rude, harsh and utterly thoughtless.

I'd like to point a few things

1. Crying is is not an act of doing a drama. Just because someone is crying repeatedly, doesn't mean he/she is acting. Everyone cries !

2. Crying does not give a sympathy vote. If it did, everyone who cried in the primary rounds, would have been a winner.

3. Ignoring the fact that some people can be emotional, is not a part of a matured mind.

I liked vaanu's positive response to the weird comments from his fellow contestants and that showed his strength.

I agree with you....Bhanu does have talent...but we will like some one with strong sense....everybody is emotional....but showcasing to world at that stage is just on good...it will always deny him the chances....

I just feel person at his age should be matured ..

Agreed Snape. Bhanu's fellow contestants have also cried in front of camera. The difference is Bhanu's tears had come after being being told he has been selected whereas others (Mohit, Prasenjit, Sandeep Bhavya, Prasenjit, Tulika, Priyanka......... ) have cried after eliminations, near escapes or after their friends' eliminations. As Mohit admitted, he now understood what emotions meant, after he himself cried before the camera!

But why these crap about crying etc. are surfacing in this forum after so many days, when the guy is showing calm and balanced composure ? Something to do with Bhanu'winning the Silver Coin on Friday, that may have made his detractors insecure? May be.....

I am sorry to say I disagree cuz i think all Banu does is drama,drama, and more drama. All he does is cry. He takes most of the footage!

bhanu truly deserves ..altho he does over react sumtimes but his voice is soo soothing and comes frm his heart.. i think other contestant are just scared bhanu will win.

of course Bhanu deserves to be in. He is soulful and a good singer. Much better than other karaoke artists being hailed as great in this forum. 😕

Also, Bhanu's so called drama? Which drama are you talking about? his emotional outburst after the judges eliminated him unfairly and then asked him to sing again and then when he aced the song they said yes?? do people expect him to be emotionless sociopath?

WTF?? he isn't the only person who cried.. at least he appears genuine, can't say the same about most others..

At least he didn't diss on other singers.. At least he didn't backstab them and indulged in some mud slnging and made unsavory remarks about personal issues.. He took criticisms and personal attacks with a lot of class and dignity, that shows what sort of a person he is.
