I agree! Compared with Karunya's performance, this was very ordinary.

@ hardyrules it seems some people are carrying on a crusade against Bhanu. Karunya was very good but Bhanu's performance was no less. The channel gives much screen time to others, not to Bhanu. Watch carefully.

@bambooshoot Rabba rabba mee barsaa has touched innumerable hearts. That you find it 'very ordinary' is amazing, to say the least.

@tennizen Bhanu could never please you even with his widely accalimed performances. Today, his 'faults' pointed out by Anu Malik made you 'happy'. Now that you have finally found happiness, would you mind stopping this unfair targetting of a singer who is giving his best?

Bottomline is that you are free to vote for whoever your favourite is, and let us choose ours. Bhanu is here to stay and will go ahead.

@anjalibc ,i didn't understand ur comment somewat,sry n why not i atleast ve no problem admitting he is gud n rajdeep,mohit n bhanu r top in boys for me,having said that .i am not rooting for anyone other than singing i am going to wait n listen.So far those 3 in boys impressed me the most.

1) I base my opinion on what I listen and I have a pretty decent understanding of who's singing well and who's not.
2) All the other contestants thought Bhanu was over-acting. This hype by the channel, judges makes him to be a better singer than he actually is.
3) He is not a bad singer but the fact of the matter is that compared to the people who have been voted out like Sandeep, Prasenjit etc he is much lower in quality.
4) There is nothing unfair in what I said . He is not a very good singer that's all.

I feel sometimes he just acts to be emotional....because of his all that drama...he is getting lots of votes....where singers like Prosenjit and Sandeep coming from poor family...didn't get recognition when they are so good....only problem they had they couldn't act like Bhanu on TV...and people think Bhanu deserves more than anybody else....

Crap show.....Throw all boys of the show...just keep some of good singing girls..Torsha..Sourabhee, Ananya,Priyanka,Tullika, Bhavya and Shini, thats all...

Individual opinions will no doubt vary. But I don't think Bhanu is lower in quality or not a very good singer. I agree with xanithaal that he is among the top three in boys.
And also that we should go by singing. Tennizen, all of us think we have decent understanding.
yogasma, all of us also saw the fellow contestants putting Bhanu among the top singers.
There will always be some who dont like and some who do like a singer. That is all.

If just Bhanu and Rajdeep compete, I guess Rajdeep has an edge...Bhanu is also accomplished ...but because of his emotional angle, people will always think twice whether it is his singing or his emotions that one is biased to......I would advice Bhanu to show his STRONG part of his personality rather than showcasing his weaknesses.....In fact Indian Idol needs to be a strong and robust personality who will carry a representation of Indian youth today...!
