Why this change in image quality for II4!!??

Hi everyone!!!
Finally it started!!! But I found last year's Indian Idol much more colourful than this one!!!
The show was brilliant as all years, but the coulours were so dull!!!
I don't know what's happening to all Sony shows, they all have a bad picture quality compared to other channels...
When you see for example Dus Ka Dum or Indian Idol's pictures on Glamsham or Indiafm, they are really coulourful...
I think it's either a problem with Sony's camera or with the output of its channel!!! But I'd rather say the channel's output since last year's Indian Idol was reallyyyyyyyy colourfuland bright!!!
Especially the galas were really really colouful!!! And when a show is colourful, I personally appreciate it more...
But Indian Idol still rocks!!!!!!!!;)

For example, look at the difference in Dus Ka Dum's image quality, it's the same programme which aired 2 different days :

I actually thought last year was dull; and this year's quality was a bit better, I guess because of the lighting.

Sony has always given the same quality for most shows..and II suffered too...but despite that the show is very much enjoyable!!

I have not noticed that..Now i have noticed..yea its better then the previous one

I think that shows are well made, as you can see in Comedy Circus' pics, it's just that Sony channel has a bad image quality!!!
